Chicken Tikka Biryani ...

Ingredients
For Chicken -
- Chicken 1 Kg
- Onion - 1 pc
- Tikka Masala - 2 tsp
- Garam Masala (Powder) - 1/2 tsp
- Yellow Food Color - 1 pinch
- Ghee / Oil - 1/2 cups
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Finely Sliced Ginger - 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
- Charcoal (For Smoke)
- Yogurt - 2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 pc
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Cream - 3/4 cup
- Ghee / Oil - 1/2 Cup


For Rice -
- Basmati / Sella Rice - 1/2 Kg
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Shahi Zeera - a pinch
- Clove - 8:10
- Cinnamon - 1:2
- Cardamom - 3:5
- Whole Mixed Spice - 1 tsp

Method : -
For Chicken Tikka -
First Marination
Cut the meat into square pieces of 4 -6 inches each and wash them. Mark some cut on the chicken so that marination comes good. Add Ginger-Garlic past, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice to it and marinate if for an hour.
Second Marination
Take a bowl and put whipped yogurt, 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garam masala, 3-4 tsp tikka masala, ghee/oil. Mix it well and put the already marinated chicken in it. Mix well and left it for an hour again.
Take a pan and heat it well, put all the marinated chicken cook till chicken is tender. No need to add oil as we already added ghee/oil in marination. Once chicken cooked is give charcoal somoke for smoky flavor. Burn the charcoal on stove, once it becomes red take a aluminium foil. Put in the center of the chicken pan with charcoal. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of oil on burning charcoal and close the lid for 1-2 mins.
Heat another pan and put ghee/oil. Put finely cut onion and fry it till its golden brown. Now put ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric, whole garam masala and yogurt and cook it till, it separates oil. Put some water, lemon juice and cream and mix it well. After this is done put all the chicken tikka that we prepared in another vessel  Put finely cut ginger slices on top of it and mix well.
For Rice -
Wash the rice and soak it for 1/2 hour. Take ghee/oil in well heated vessel and pot whole 1 tsp garam masala. Add water and salt to it and make it to boil. Once boiled put all the soaked rice and cook till its 75% done (If its sella rice then you can cook 90-100%). Drain out any extra water if it has.
Final Touch
Put all the rice on top of already prepared chicken tikka. Mix the food color with some water and pour from top on one side of rice. Close the lid tightly and put on low flame for 'DUM'. After 30 mins remove from flame. Open the lid and Mix it well before serving.



Serve HOT with Raita & Salad.
